There is plumbing down there to add another full bath if you've got more pee-ers in the family. Plus a forth bedroom. And not one of those fake, "sort of" basement bedrooms. This one has a legal escape window, lots of light, tile floor... who knows, this could be the new "master" bedroom. But wait, there's more.... back outside we've got a two car garage with a ton more parking. The only thing missing from this great house is you.
