Sebastian is a realtor who will go above and beyond for you. That has been my experience working with him then and now. Originally, I used a family friend who was a realtor to try to sell my house. Unfortunately, you would think the people you know, like relatives, would do their job properly and be there for you, but that wasn't the case for me. That realtor didn't take good pictures, charged a higher commission for his "work," and didn't even try to work or discuss a plan to help me buy. The old realtor also insisted I take the first offer with the exact listing price, no negotiating or waiting for better offers. In the end, I ended up with 2 offers, one lower than the sale price and one exactly as the sale price. Deep down the whole process didn't feel right so I spoke with Sebastian. I knew Sebastian personally and I had to ask him to fact-check things for me with my old realtor along with his personal advice. Noticing the clear difference between the two realtors, I felt calmer with Sebastian. Sounds weird but it was a confirmation for me to switch realtors. I am truly blessed that I made the right choice to switch realtors because Sebastian was able to answer all my questions regarding the process of selling, closing, and post-closing possessions. I felt more at ease/peace knowing I was doing the right thing by selling my property with him at my side. Sebastian is punctual with everything and will keep you updated with any news regarding potential clients or the title company needing information. Overall, I am truly grateful to have Sebastian as my realtor. He took professional pictures of my property, hosted an open house, his commission price was appropriate for a standard realtor, and he made sure to understand my desires in the selling process and how to execute it. When it came to listing my property, Sebastian listed it at the same price as the previous realtor however, the offers were much different. I received multiple offers and there was one that was $10K over asking than what the old realtor told me to accept. Sebastian wasn't even urging me to take that offer right away, he gave me time to think about it. So yeah, compared to the old realtor, Sebastian made it possible for me to get more money and not settle right away. Even after closing, he went out of his way to problem-solve a situation for me to stay post-possession. I am currently working with him so I can buy a property but it goes without saying that I recommend Sebastian as a realtor for buying AND selling.
